I took most of the pictures on this site. With the exception of the Entertainment page and some other odd shots here and there, many of the pictures are from events I have designed and managed over the years. Therefore, I own full rights for these images and I have a specific declaration with regard to the use of these images in my terms and conditions.

For a more accurate credit list, here is a quick breakdown of each image on the site:

Home - I took the picture of myself and photoshopped it a little to make me look younger and more handsome etc - There are actually very few good pictures of me anywhere leading me to think that I'm either not especially good looking or I'm just one of those people who seem to always be performing a contorted grotesque every time the shutter clicks. I hope it's not considered too egotistical to include pictures of myself on my site - I did mull it over for a while before posting it - but there you go - it's me, it's my site and I own this picture!

The shot of Obama was actually taken by one of my nurses during the G20. She sneaked out of the hospital we'd built in the hall next door and shot him... so to speak.

The Harry Potter projection image across the front of Edinburgh Castle for the book launch was actually taken by Mark Cunniffe (the lighting designer). It isn't photoshopped in any way - it was a really really good lighting system - and Mark wasn't too bad either!

I didn't take the picture of The Queen during the Golden Jubilee either - so I'm not doing too well with regard to my earlier claim that I took every shot on the site am I? I do however own the rights to use it since we paid the photographer and I was the event manager for the beacons part of the Golden Jubilee and Bruno Peek (who is standing next to The Queen) is my business partner for all the beacon projects we've done to date.

The picture of the Standard Life champagne reception and the Pfizer conference are both mine.

About Me - The first image you see here in the introduction is a blurred and masked shot of me showcalling Party in the Park back in 2002. Karat the rigger took the picture. Not seen him for a while on the circuit, he's probably on tour somewhere... In the background are blurred shots from Fashion Rocks in Monte Carlo - I showcalled that in 2005. The pictures are actually owned by the Prince's Trust.

On the Entertainment page there is a montage shot of Beyonce in front of Ola Jordan from Strictly Come Dancing tour in 2008. Beyonce is owned by Getty actually I think - I showcalled that gig in Earls Court (it was the World Music Awards) in 2006. I took the picture of Ola. I have showcalled every show for Strictly since the tour began - over 150 shows to date and I sat through every one of them. I'm kind of proud of that!

On the Corporate Events page, any picture taken, from any of those shows are completely mine and mine alone. I do change this Flash library around quite often - I have thousands of pics and don't want to inundate you.

The Corporate Hospitality page is a Flash gallery and I own and took every shot myself - Wait I'm forgetting the lovely Chuck. He's got a much better camera than me - and a better eye for it too - he did some of the Hoog shots and one of the Standard Life reception events with the Ionic and Cycladic heads - not sure you know what I'm talking about here of course. Lovely pics Chuck, thanks.

The Unique page has, in Dreamweaver, what's called an XML Spry tabbed box - and in it I placed images and Flash files for your enjoyment. The Hoog shots were taken by a couple of hired photographers. I own the rights to these. I do however owe a pint of lager to John Williams of Flogas for the close up shot of The Queen's Golden Jubilee Beacon at Buckingham Palace (Victoria Monument) in 2002. I shot the Pfizer team and I got my then freelance event manager, Steve Thorpe to shoot the G20 for me coz I was away on Dancing on Ice at the time.

I took every background shot on every page in case you care - and I think that about wraps it up. if you'll excuse me, I now have more important work to do!

I reserve the right to change images on my site as I see fit, I can't always guarantee that I will have the time to credit each image or update this credits page accordingly as I go though of course, as a general rule of thumb, I will do my best to credit other photographers other than myself, and also to seek the permission to use the images for shows and contracts that I don't own the full rights for. I apologise in advance for any oversights here - and I will happily withdraw images on request from event or image owners etc if I receive requests to do so.
