Sometimes I bill a percentage in advance. Call me.

Are you insured etc?

I am fully insured for both corporate and public liability. I am also in the process of achieving QMS certification in ISO 9002 and 14001 (environmental and sustainability) compliance. I have generic method statements and risk assessments that cover a host of normal situations that are applicable in the event and entertainment industries should you ever need.

What sort of conflict of interest do we need to be aware of regarding our own clients and your production company?

There is no conflict of interest. I work as a freelancer representing your company. The fact that I maintain a small stable of my own clients has no bearing on my freelance status. Even if I end up developing a close working relationship with one or more of your clients, they are still your clients. I have never had a problem in this area and all of the production companies that regularly hire me have never had an issue with this either. I am a show professional with a correct working practice.
